Marianne Braly has been my exclusive travel agent for the past 5 years, she has arranged many cruises on 4 different cruise lines and has also arranged land excursions. I would not consider using anyone else for my travel needs. Her office is staffed with highly professional travel consultants who have assisted me on many occasions, I have never had a negative travel experience during my relationship with “Now Voyager Travel” that was created by them.

A few examples of the outstanding customer service they have provided for me:

1. Last year Air Tahiti Nui, cancelled our fight to Tahiti, we were going there to cruise the islands, on a Saturday I called Marianne’s office and explained my problem, we were at risk of missing the cruise. Her staff booked us on an Air France flight on the same day and we got there in time to catch our cruise without 1 cent of out of pocket expense, 90 people did not make that cruise because they were left in Los Angeles.
    
2. Our flight to Spain to catch a European cruise was cancelled, we had no options other than to fly to Nice and catch the cruise out of there. Marianne walked us through the rebooking process to get us on the next available flight out of New York.
   
   Marianne then booked us a room in Nice while we waited to catch up with our cruise, we had no idea where to stay in Nice, but it was taken care of by our travel agent. That’s great customer service.
    
3. Marianne has also assisted us with travel insurance claims and purchases.

We just got back from the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Now Voyager Travel helped us plan our trip and it was perfect! We stayed at the El Dorado Royale Casitas. Our Mexico Expert at Now Voyager Travel Agency suggested this resort and was really great! There were so many choices on the Internet and Now Voyager Travel helped us to choose what was right for us. We will definitely use Now Voyager Travel again.

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Oahu that we booked through our travel agent in Huntington Beach, and we were so pleased with how everything went that I had to write about it. I went to Now Voyager Travel, our travel agency in Huntington Beach, to speak with my agent about a trip we wanted to do to Hawaii. My husband had been to a couple islands previously, but this was going to my first time, so we wanted to make it special. Our agent is a Hawaii Specialist, so she listened to everything we wanted out of the trip, and used her knowledge of the destination to narrow down our island and hotel choices. We really appreciated all the work she put into it. After we decided on the island (Oahu) and the hotel (the Halekulani) she must have spent hours making sure that all the smaller details were correct and we were getting the best price out there. She made sure we got our Jeep Wrangler rental and that we were pre-registered prior to our trip, so all we had to do was show a slip of paper at the counter, sign a contract, and take our keys! She gave us maps of the island and recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. She called to let us know whenever there was a schedule change on our flights and she was constantly reassuring me that I had the seats that I wanted (my husband is quite tall and I wanted the 2 seats that are a window and aisle next to each other). She talked me through how to do the online check in for our flights and how to use the kiosk at the airport (I had not flown in a long time!). I was so prepared for our trip before we left, that I felt like I had already been there!
Thanks to my agent at Now Voyager Travel, we had the best anniversary trip ever!

Now Voyager Travel in Huntington Beach sent me on the best honeymoon ever! I went in and spoke with a Mexico Specialist who listened to everything that I wanted, and narrowed down the search to Secrets Maroma Beach Resort in the Riviera Maya. I was even able to set up a Honeymoon Registry with them so my guests could help us pay for the hotel, spa treatments, and tours! We were picked up from the Cancun airport in a private transfer and driven to our resort. Check in was a breeze since we were in a Preferred Club Suite. Our ocean front suite was gorgeous with a walk in shower, his and hers closets, a Secret Box for private room service delivery, a 2 person Jacuzzi in the room, and a 2 person soaking tub on our balcony. The spa was heaven and we ended up having 4 treatments each! We took 2 tours through Best Day; one that took us to Tulum ruins and Xel-Ha ecological park (where we swam with dolphins!) and one that took us to the Coba ruins and a real Mayan Village for hiking, canoeing, zip lining, rappelling into underground pools, and lunch. Everything went so smoothly and we had such a wonderful time!
